Disable TMC OTPW warnings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

TMC OTPW warnings are just warnings - drivers can continue to function fine even when raising the otpw warning. The OTPW notification pops up constantly, and can't be disabled - this is pretty annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would love to either have a flag to disable the OTPW monitoring, or a more general way to silence notifications - or, don't pop up the warnings.

Describe alternatives you've considered

i reverted to the version pre-otpw warning - yes, cooling my drivers is the best option, but some just run hot, and it's a lot of work when it does actually work fine
