This PR is to add comments to TestPatchDatasetStatus in pkg\ddc\alluxio\cache_test.go.

Adds descriptive comments to the TestPatchDatasetStatus function in pkg/ddc/alluxio/cache_test.go. The comment explains the purpose and logic of the unit test, which validates the calculation of cached data percentage in a dataset.

No new test cases are added. This PR only adds comments to an existing unit test function. The logic and behavior of the code remain unchanged.

I'm waiting for a fluid-cloudnative member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
