[BUG] Why NotBound

Hi Everyone, after deployment following tutorial, I found the dataset and AlluxioRuntime are NotBound. https://github.com/fluid-cloudnative/fluid/blob/master/docs/en/userguide/get_started.md Please help to clarify the reason and solve this issue.
