[BUG] Add mountPoint validation for JindoRuntime

What is your environment(Kubernetes version, Fluid version, etc.)

Describe the bug

What you expect to happen:

If the user specify the endpoint of JindoFS with prefix https:// which is illegal, there is no validation in controller. I hope the Dataset is failed to create and there is an event to indicate the user what had happend.
