[BUG] name part must be no more than 63 characters,patch node labels failed

What is your environment(Kubernetes version, Fluid version, etc.)

Describe the bug when I crate alluxioRuntime, worker doesn't created: image

What you expect to happen: I think you should format this labels, let it less than 63 characters

@cheyang In many case, it is quite easy to have a label exceed 63 letters，could you please fix it？
