[BUG] x509: certificate signed by unknown authority after upgrading webhook pod

Describe the bug

Run upgrade fluid by using helm upgrade fluid fluid

 Warning  FailedCreate  113s (x16 over 4m37s)  statefulset-controller  create Pod shared-data-jindofs-master-0 in StatefulSet shared-data-jindofs-master failed error: Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "schedulepod.fluid.io": Post "https://fluid-pod-admission-webhook.fluid-system.svc:9443/mutate-fluid-io-v1alpha1-schedulepod?timeout=20s": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
