[BUG] Scoreboard Tags (default_titles) not working + Chat Color

hello, as in https://github.com/fluffyst/Surftimer/issues/114 the default title system in this ver. is not working. [when having ck_enforce_default_titles "1"] but also the colored chat is not function correctly, currently it will make it look like this [have set ck_colored_chatnames "1"] https://imgur.com/a/Yb5fUuO

i would like to have no (at all) changes been done by the surftimer to the chat tags / colors, because i would like to use hextags. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=303671

it could be done by adding a option like "ck_ignore_chatnames" to turn on / off the country tag / surf rank and colour of text in chat :)

i switched to https://github.com/totles/z4lab-surftimer they are at least working on it :D

and usally they are quick at fixing bugs
