Custom Knife Skin not loading

On the first join your knife skin wont show (not knife plugin, your real knife from your inventory) - after switching teams it will work, even tho it sometimes gives you your T knife on CT and your CT knife on T, this doesnt always happen, after a map change it works most of the time, no error logs unfortunately - if you need more information/logs etc hit me up, thanks
