Not sure if this belongs here (could not find a better repo for URL shortener).

The link in the footnote on page 372 (chapter 11) leads to "not found" page. I managed to find a copy of the reference using Google - maybe it would be a good idea to change the redirection?

(I'm not giving the explicit URL here because I suspect you might want to keep the URL scheme available only to owners of the book.)
