[fluentd] Add ingressClassName to ingress

Setting the ingress class as an annotation is deprecated now, would it be possible to allow setting the ingressClassName from the spec of the fluentd ingress ? This would avoid issues down the line when the ingress controllers stop looking for the annotation.
