Add iam.services.k8s.aws/v1alpha1 resource to fluent-bit chart

Hi We have AWS Controllers for Kubernetes (ACK) installed on our cluster to manage the IAM role and policy creation for attachment to Service Accounts. I would like to request the addition of the iam.services.k8s.aws/v1alpha1 resource in the Fluent Bit Helm chart, enabling us to create its IRSA role through the Helm chart. If you agree, I will proceed to create a pull request for this change.
