Evaluate fluentd-server as something we want to incorporate

While @sonots's fluentd-server is not strictly about UI, it does help with deploying/managing Fluentd configs.

This is a placeholder issue for us to discuss whether we want to incorporate fluentd-server into fluentd-ui.
