Support for fluentd v1

From https://docs.fluentd.org/deployment/fluentd-ui:

fluentd-uidoes not work with fluentd v1 and td-agent 3 and 4 do not include it. This content is for v0.12 for now.

Will there be a release that supports fluentd v1?
