Add HTTP(s) forwaring + multiple out destinations support

Would be nice to be able to specify http(s) forward destinations, e.g.

  • to https://some.fluentd.instance:443

, as well as multiple out destinations:

  • to https://some.fluentd.instance:443, fluent://other.instance:24443
