help request: [docs] Documentation for Collector CRD is missing.

Describe the issue

As the title suggests, the Collector CRD was added in v2 of Fluent-Operator as an alternative way of deploying Fluent-Bit a la StatefulSet. However, there is no documentation for the specifications of said CRD. Is it all the same as the FluentBit CRD? Or are there anything that needs to be otherwise specified.

The collector and fluentbit configurations share a common set of crd's. We will improve the documentation in the future, and we welcome you to submit contributions.
