What is the chart's repository?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like to be able to run something like this:

helm repo add fluent https://fluent.github.io/helm-charts
helm repo update
helm install fluent-operator fluent/fluent-operator

That's how it works on the other fluent-operator chart, in fluent/helm-charts.

And it leads to another question:

What is the official and preferred fluent-operator chart now?

Describe the solution you'd like

A chart repository like this:

https://fluent.github.io/helm-charts

Generally the latest helm is in the fluent-operator repository, for the official helm-chart repository we will update it regularly.

Please help to create a PR to sync the latest charts to the official repo whenever a new fluent operator version is released. The v2.0.1 is not synced yet. @wenchajun

I think the documentation in this repository should include a link or reference to the Helm repository. It took me a few minutes to find this issue and notice there was actually a Chart repository where the operator chart was published and we were not forced to download the TGZ manually.
