help request: Work Around for Large Config

Describe the issue

this issue is bumping up #1042, I am currently using fluent-operator to spawn fluent-bit with a classic configuration, I want to ask whether there's a work around on how can I handle a configuration more than 1MB in one Daemonset?

I'm more than happy to contribute
