Resiliency: Consider extent retry configurability by using back-off algorithms
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To provide better retry resiliency for custom scenarios.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new configurable retry type called: Retry_Type. So we can pass the following enum values: constant, linear, linear modulus, exponential, and exponential modulus.
