Please reopen. I ran into issues when building solutions using Fluent Bit because the maximums were not documented. Knowing them up front would have saved considerable time. Thanks.

added https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit-docs/pull/829 as part of this. Still need to confirm and document filters and inputs numbers.

i see that the number of outputs is documented in the 2.1 docs as 256. there is no mention of maximum inputs or filters.
