fluent
engine: Java Integration tests
This commit adds Java integration tests. They are currently not integrated with cmake. Happy to discuss the proper integration as part of this PR.
I wrote them to support tracking down https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit/issues/3014

@pierluigilenoci I can't see any changes since I last reviewed... see my comments above. I think you need to rebase as well, looks like it may have a dodgy version around the unit tests.
@elruwen could you please implement/review the @patrick-stephens suggestions in your PR? And rebase from master your branch. Thanks.
