CIFuzz currently breaking

There are some updates on OSS-Fuzz migrating to Ubuntu 24 which are causing CIFuzz issues. A fix is being developed in https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/pull/14350

Will close this once it is succeeded. There is nothing to do on Fluent-bit's side here, but leaving the issue here so it's visible.
