Extend list of compilation options
The list of compilation options is not up to date in the DOC. I'm in the process of making a PR for an update, but I have the impression that certain variables are no longer useful. Here is a list: FLB_FILTER_ALTER_SIZE FLB_FILTER_THROTTLE_SIZE FLB_FILTER_LUA_USE_MPACK
It would be good to add in the pipelines a consistency check between the variables present in https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt and that in https://github.com /fluent/fluent-bit-docs/blob/master/installation/sources/build-and-install.md

I'm sorry, but the list is extremely long, and processing this request a year later makes no sense and generates too many discrepancies for a simple review. So I won't have time to correct these conflicts and resubmit a merge request. If anyone would like to take it on, that's no problem.

@tguenneguez I'm going to close this out in favor of opening a new one. I'll reference you in the fix as you put in the effort here but are right, it slipped too long and that's on this project. Opening issue #2134 and tagging you there.
