Missing tag 1.8.12 and 1.8.13?

The latest release on docker hub is 1.8.13. It seems 1.8.12 and 1.8.13 is missing tags in this repository.

Perhaps this was missed during release?

There seems to be a disconnect between this repo and Fluent-Bit. The last commit to this repo was 2nd March 2021.
