Input lag with opsu

All touchscreen have some kind of latency, however opsu adds more of its own. That's why when enabling the cursor in developer option, I can clearly see the opsu cursor lagging very behind the dev cursor. It's annoying because it makes my cursor lag behind and it is very noticeable during sliders.

It may be related to the cursor stuttering I'm used to see
