There is no palm rejection

When playing with my thumb and holding my smartphone with two hands, I have noticed that a slight palm touch send my cursor where my palm is.

It didn't make me miss notes or happen during sliders yet, but this is something to look into

it might be working that way because opsu was designed to handle only one cursor input
