Filter special characters in EPG/Labels

In some fields, the Waipu API returns special characters. One is for instance, the title in EPG for some VoD channels. In some cases, this is not rendered correctly:

I notice that when i switch to Arial the characters shows the playing sign. May you can try to convert it while importing the epg?

Thanks for your suggestions! I think the Arial font, these characters are mapped, but not in every font. Not sure what you mean by "convert it while importing". The idea is, to filter bad characters during the import.
