Doesn't work with mac's getopt

Workaround is to install gnu-getopt:

brew install gnu-getopt

Then make sure it appears in your path before the mac provided getopt

Humm.. I've got no access to mac right now, I'm gonna add a mac build at Travis in order to test these kind of problem.. If you find a in script solution to check and use the gnu-getopt, let me know, anyways I'll be addressing it, but gonna take longer.
