Unicasting in VeinsLTE

Hi,

Thanks for the VeinsLTE. I am trying to unicast from one vehicle to another. From the repository, I see that you send a message via DONTCARE to a randomly selected vehicle. However, in the DecisionMaker the DSRC messages are sent via broadcast. Could you please direct me how to send a message to a specific vehicle? I tried to set vehicle SUMO id as recipient address. But it does not work. Any suggestion is appreciated.
