Ensure touch targets stay reasonable also when zoomed out

This means the absolute minimum size should be 22 pixels for the following things:

  • Node
  • Port on a highlighted node

We can change the focus of this issue, now that zooming is more prominent. Should we block touch-dragging nodes when they are too small, so dragging anywhere pans the graph?
