Configurable option to show Team Inbox as a separate channel

In Flowdock, having lots of Team Inbox messages doesn't ruin the chatting experience, but with Oulu it's a bit more difficult.

+1 for a secondary channel for inbox.

In the meantime, /ignore [#channel] notices should do the job.
