Rename flow-php/etl into flow-php/data-frame

When I started this project the name was just etl and it stayed like that forever. However now we are in the place where we have 26 packages, each with it's own responsibilities and this etl just doesn't sound right as ELT defines the process, not a tool.

I would like to rename flow-php/etl into flow-php/data-frame.
