add second (or multiple) discrete choices

• need to add more nests of discrete choices.
• so, need a way to add those - does not have to be general (ok to say there are nD choices of filing for bankruptcy, and nH choices of housing - just how exactly to specify that)?
• add a utility benefit from housing
• add 2 discrete house sizes.
