show numbers before symbols on "hinted number/symbols" letter popup

I don't use a numbers row instead i use the "hinted number/symbols" options but it's a bit of a pain to put in numbers because they are not the primary selection when long pressing a letter; you have to long press and swipe right/left to get to the number which is a pain when in a rush esp bc numbers are more commonly used than symbols

Example: With "hinted number/symbols" (under keyboard/) options turned on Long press 'y' and ']' is the default; it would be preferable for it to be '6' instead

I assume you have the Western (Additional symbols) layout enabled and the number row itself disabled. It looks like from this comment by Florisboard's developer that the implementation of the Additional symbols layout is a temporary solution to match Gboard behaviour with the number row enabled, not disabled.

There already are settings in 0.3.16 and above to change how the hinted number row or hinted symbols behave (you can click the body — not the toggle — of the Hinted number row and Hinted symbols settings), but there isn't an option to prioritize number row hints over symbol hints in the top QW..OP keyboard row.

I have the number row enabled so this doesn't apply to me, but I wouldn't oppose someone fixing it.
