ubuntu2004cis_host_allow var is no longer used

Describe the bug ubuntu2004cis_host_allow has been used in 18.04 version to configure /etc/hosts.allow. Is it no longer used, should it be removed from defaults/main.yml?

To Reproduce tasks/section3.yml has no task to configure hosts.allow.

Expected behavior ubuntu2004cis_host_allow is used.
