Directory permission default to 750

As part of this roles , is the folders default permission will be modified to 750 ? Not only subfolders inside home folder everywhere if I create folder permission is by default 0750.

But my requirement is I have service account that should be allowed to create the folder with exact parent folder permission or default 0755 permission to folder .

Please help me on this .

Example I have /data folder with 0755 and all subfolder created by my service should have 0755 but now its creating witb 0750 permission. My service running using service Account.
