You can, but you need to place a `.miss_hit` file in the directory just above, i.e. `dir/.miss_hit`and exclude `subdir` there/

I looked into this and the mechanism to do that would require a rewrite in how justifications are done. Tagging it high complexity for now
Good catch, I think. I could have sworn this is implemented but the logical place for it would be in the symbol table. However it is not.
