Add explanation about conditional simulations in Vignette

In the vignette, under supported packages, would be good to add explanation for each package about whether and how conditional simulations work, given our current changes to emphasise more strongly that dispersion tests should be run with conditional simulations.

A lot of this should already be informally tested under code/packageSupport
