I found another R package that had the same problem: https://github.com/road2stat/ohpl/issues/3 They solved it by adding a reference to a paper in their description file: https://github.com/road2stat/OHPL/commit/52cd10b2e0440824b8dea5070a92477a9e58d9a8

sure, that is how I would have understood the request, but we don't have anything that I would finde sensible to cite. I'll put this on won't fix for the moment and push it to 0.1.5
