Update Inkscape file directly

Right now Boxes.py writes an SVG file to disk and then reads it back in to merge it with the Inkscape file. This was necessary as libcairo would not allow other access to the content of the SVG output. With the new backend there is no need for this as we create a ElementTree than can be added to the parsed Inkscape file directly.
