Remove some development-only files from gem

These files are only needed at development time, and do not have any value at runtime. Thus, it is better not include them in the gem.

  • .allimages.yml
  • .gitignore
  • .tool-versions
  • .utilsrc
  • lib/term/ansicolor/.keep

.keep is totally unnecessary empty file, and is just removed.

Updated to remove new unneeded files from 1.9.0.

In case you wonder why I care about this, when I package term-ansicolor for Fedora, I need to remove these files since they are not indented for distribution.
