Switch to SeleniumVBA

While acknowledging the past efforts with SeleniumBasic to provide a COM wrapper for Selenium, it might be an option for others as well to switch to SeleniumVBA due to the fact that SeleniumBasic is not maintained anymore. Migration effort is low and SeleniumVBA is much better maintained and more up to date, API is also in some points more straightforward. https://github.com/GCuser99/SeleniumVBA
