How to Change the Default Webdriver Folder for SeleniumBasic?

Is it possible to change the default webdriver folder of Selenium Basic to another folder? Is there a way to manually point it to somewhere else apart from the folder where Selenium Basic is installed to? In my organization we are required to install SB into a restricted drive (where only authorized IT personel can access for security) and the webdrivers into a non-restricted location where users have the free access to download the latest webdrivers and save them there.
