HOW CAN I REBUILD SELENIUM ? PLZ URGENT!!

I need to change the file SysWaiter.cs line 89 , and rebuild it , but i cant A lot of error is appearing i used Python 2.7 , and all programs listed on Build-Setup.py , but when i run it a lot of error ocurrs , i just want to change 1 line of the file and rebuild it , plz some one can help me ?

I did it, but with errors. The Selenium.dll I got, must overwrite the original, wherever the installation put it.
