setting anchor point to a particular span in spannable instead of center of Textview?

Hi,

i wonder if anyone could help with this... setting anchor point to a particular span in spannable instead of center of Textview?

the tooltip always show in the middle of the textview, i need this to come at the center of span or at the start of span....
