Laggy behaviour when used with animation on Pixel's phones

Hi,

I've noticed that this issue is only happening for some reasons on Pixel's phones when it runs without any issues with other phones (either high or low cost phones) with version 1.3.2.

Pixel 3XL	OnePlus 5T

I've tried to upgrade to 1.4.6 version it does the same result.
