Please tell me how to adjust camera size settings when activity starts with CameraSettingsView Programmatically?

please help me in doing this because when i start activity for camera it shows blank space on top and bottom and each time i have to go to settings and set the size of camera plz help me this problem occurs only when we are on front camera not for back camera.
