Request for API features: transitive dependencies

Hi. It would be very useful to be able to pull a candidate build plan for a given package directly from the flora server via API.

This data could then be used to seed or extend a package set.

@locallycompact Since build plans change with the host system (arch & os particularly), is there a combination you'd want? I imagine you'd like x86_64 GNU/Linux?
