cpc.h: Allow for two disk drives on CPC

Using CP/M on CPC with only one drive can sometime be cumbersome. With this PR, I add another drive to the CPC system. It comes with a set of new functions with an additional drive parameter.

The change is made so that no breaking change is introduced.
