AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400

On Linux Mint 21.3. Attempting to run hyextract produces the following output:

hydrus v604
API Permissions (new api permissions): can do anything
    AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400
    Code: ERR_BAD_REQUEST

The config file is set up correctly and this happens regardless of whether the command is run as sudo or not.
