feature request: preset hydrus api url and api key

It'd be good to be able to have the api url and api key fields pre-populated when i'm hosting it so I can link it to people without having to instruct them to put in the url and key by hand. I managed to hack it together by editing the javascript by hand but a configuration file for it would be good.
